Does the component avoid initial animated transitions?
Unless a component is explicitly intended to provide transitions for the loading state, it should generally suppress any animated transitions during page load. Such transitions can be unnecessarily distracting on page load.
For example, suppose an expand/collapse component provides an animated transition between the expanded and collapsed states. If the component is loaded in the expanded state (e.g., via an element attribute), it should not show an initial animated transition from the collapsed state to the expanded state — that would likely draw the user's attention to the component unnecessarily.
