Does the component scale well to standard mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes?

Small, atomic components like buttons often work will across a wide range of device form factors. But larger components may provide or manage multiple items: a layout component that provides basic page structure, or a menu component that presents a number of menu items. In such cases, you should consider the appropriate range of devices on which designers and developers may wish to use your component. Your component may provide a responsive design of its own — that is, change its presentation in response to screen size or other device characteristics — or allow a developer to provide configuration or other instructions as to how the component should adapt.
