Groups
Groups define and contain populations.
A Group is defined by three parts:
- population - a collection of organisms
- Archivist - gathers, stores and records data
- Optimizer - defines the process to generate a new generation (note: this may not be used in some worlds if the have implicit mating)
Groups provide a container to keep a population and the important classes associated with that population organized.
Groups are Name Space complaint. Groups are automatically defined by the world, brains, and genomes being used.
