Casio3208

Travis Goodspeed edited this page Jul 31, 2018 · 1 revision

The GoodWatch is a PCB designed to replace the Casio 3208 watch module, and as such it will fit into watches like the CA-53 and CA-506 that use the module.

This page retains notes on the original module.

Photos

This photograph shows the top of Casio's PCB, with an LCD connector at the top and a keypad connector at the bottom. Viewed from the front, the west-most pins of the LCD are the Commons, with Segment pins to the right; see the LCD page for more information.

This shows the bottom of the PCB. The two large pads are for power from the coin-cell battery. In the GoodWatch20, we shortened the positive pad to leave more room.

Measurements

These are the rough measurements that were used to draft the first GoodWatch PCB, with minor corrections before manufacturing.
