Runs every two weeks to remove or archive obsolete operational model data.

To do:

Add clean up for plotting directories

Add archiving for FVCOM and WRF output

Current apps:

clean_WRF_ceto

Removes the WRF files on ceto that are used for the forecast FVCOM runs. In hindcast mode the FVCOM suite transfers its own files to ceto and tidies them up.

WRF_CETO_ARCHIVE - directory the folders (in %Y-%d-%m format) of WRF data are stored

WRF_CETO_WINDOW - delete folders whose date (in the name) is up to this number of days before today

clean_FVCOM_rolling_ceto

Removes the rolling FVCOM files on ceto that are used for the PYLAG suite

FVCOM_CETO_DIRS_GRIDS - The folders and grid names of archives to purge, the folder and grid names should be paired delimited by ; and multiple folder-grid pairs can be delimited by , and there must be no spaces e.g. '/user/Output/tamar_rolling;tamar_v2,/user/output/rosa_rolling;aqua_v16'

FVCOM_CETO_WINDOW - delete files whose date (in the name) is up to this number of days before today
