8.7.0 SwipeGov & Governance Improvements
— Added SwipeGov - a simplified way to vote in OpenGov. Swipe right to Aye, left to Nay, up to Abstain
— Added Short summaries for referendums in SwipeGov
— Added Translated Summaries for referendums in SwipeGov
— Added batch voting in SwipeGov — swipe first and confirm all at once later to submit the votes.
— Added support for custom assets in SwipeGov and regular voting UI — now USDT/USDC/other tokens will be displayed when requested in treasury refs
