8.2.0 Network Management & Ledger improvements
Network Management:
- Added the ability for users to add custom nodes for specific networks or the entire network not presented in Nova.
- Display node availability through connection status.
- Show node response times.
- Allow users to switch the connection mode between ‘auto-balanced’ and ‘manual’ for any network.
- Let users to disable the entire network for the whole app.
- Users can add their own Substrate or EVM networks with block explorers and CoinGecko price URLs.
- Disabled networks are filtered out throughout the app, except in specific cases, such as the Manual Backup flow, where visibility of all networks is required.
Ledger improvements:
- Legacy Ledger now uses Migration App for onboarding.
Other optimizations:
- Instead of creating a separate subscription for each asset, introduce a service that allows to create single subscription for all assets per chain.
