Person CRUD

The data about people in labman_ud can be managed through the Persons > Persons panel on labman_ud's admin site (/admin). The following fields are what describe a Person entity, those marked in bold are required fields:

• First name
• First surname
• Second Surname
• Birth date
• Biography
• Title: Only needs to be changed if the person holds a PhD
• Gender
• Personal website: external website
• e-mail
• Phone number
• Phone extension
• Is active: check it if the person is currently working in the research group
• Profile picture: This picture will be used in the members section.
• Profile konami code picture/position: as part of its ground breaking features, labman_ud offers support for alternative profile pictures when the Konami Code is used in the members index or info pages.

• Account profiles: Any link to a social network where this person has a profile.
• Nicknames: This field is used to list alternative forms for the person's name. This may occur when adding new publications using zotero's browser plugin.
• Jobs: jobs that the person has had in the research group.
