Other

Fixed some problems with mana effects (e.g. Gemstone Cavern, River of Tears).
Added some logic to prevent targeting problems (maybe it helps).

ABILITY FIXES

Fixed a possible exception of ComboAttack.

CARD FIXES

Charmed Griffin - Fixed that the cards did not come under control of the choosing player instead always under control of the controller of Charmed Griffin.
Driven // Despair - Fixed giving abilities to all permanents and not just creatures.
Generous Patron - Fixed that it did not trigger.
Gideon Jura - Fixed a problem of Gideon Jura's +2 ability not forcing to attack the planeswalker.
Grafted Exoskeleton - Fixed that if it left the battlefield it doesn't sacrifice its creature (fixes #4997).
Llanowar Scout - Fixed that it did only allowing basic lands (fixes #5011) .
Undying Flames - Fixed that it did not exiling cards.

Some improvments to the AI's mana handling (conditional or multiple mana producing sources).

Other

Fixed a problem with the Wish cards of Judgement set where spell copies are incorrectly exiled with the original spell.
Fixed NPE in Riptide Replicator and Volrath's Laboratory tokens
Fixed token ability (id handling) and token cardType (reset was not correctly done) handling (this fixed problems with copying Planeswalker with Helm of the Host).
Fixed that cast conditions of legendary sorceries were checked correctly if you cast a card owned by another player e.g. from exile (fixes #4921).

ABILITY FIXES

Fixed 8 cards with "attached permanent becomes creature" effect that it adds colors instead replace it:
- Affected cards: Awaken the Ancient, Corrupted Zendikon, Crusher Zendikon, Deep Freeze, Guardian Zendikon, Living Terrain, Vastwood Zendikon, Wind Zendikon;

Herald's Horn - Correctly reduces chosen type of controlled spells again after wrong change in last release as mentioned multiple times in #4895.
Hunting Wilds - fixed that it doesn't remove colors from forest on kicked.
Karplusan Hound - fixed that it did damage everything.
Lich's Mastery - fixed possible auto-win effects.
Siren Reaver - Fixed that it doesn't always cost reduce (fixes #4914).
