  • Added dev install instructions to generated project's readme
  • Added info about using --watch to see the changes.

I think the test failures are unrelated:

pluggy.manager.PluginValidationError: Plugin 'pytest_cov' could not be loaded: (pytest 4.3.1 (/home/travis/virtualenv/python3.7.1/lib/python3.7/site-packages), Requirement.parse('pytest>=4.6'))!

The command "py.test" exited with 1.

@martinRenou could you look at this if you have a chance? Currently I've been copy pasting these instructions every time which is non-optimal
