This fixes all attacks that use both weapons while dual wielding poison dps by updating the combine stat, as well as fixes caustic ground from those poisons.
This does not fix incorrect ignite, bleed or non-damaging ailments, because those use a different combine stat.
This also makes sure impale damage isnt doubled.
