Weekly meetings

  • Attend, present, lead discussions, and learn about cool stuff. This group is all about how systems work, and how to hack them together. Come with enthusiasm and your ideas.

Tracks

Students that are a member of SHC will have to follow one of three tracks

Learning C

  • Learn C at your own pace. Use SHC's c-bootstrap to quickly learn the language. This is the starting location of all SHC members as C is prerequisite for the other two tracks.
  • Time Commitment: minimum

Projects

  • Either join or create your own idea for a C related project. These projects are open to any and all ideas and should be complex enough to be considered a semester long work in progress.
  • Time Commitment: average

Research

  • Being the larges time and work commitment, the research track spans into the summer. These projects are not open ended like the previous track and are geared towards assisting in the development of the Composite OS.
