meta-xt-rcar release 0.2.0

This is release 0.2.0 of the meta-xt-rcar.

This is the last release of the meta-xt-rcar on the kirkstone.

Changes in the release:

• remove generation of the not used image types (wic.*)
• add default configuration for the xen
• remove not needed PSEUDO_IGNORE_PATHS
