Combining Kotlin + KrotoPlus + ProtoKruft + Guice for delightful Kotlin

The template can be built and ran using the following command:

./gradlew run 

This template covers:

• suspend root level functions using KrotoPlus
• ProtoKruft DSL for object creation
• Interceptor attaching GRPC context accessible inside coroutines
• Interceptor demonstrating pre and post call hooks
