How much is the preprompt a product of careful experimentation on which lines help more than hurt? "Think step by step" is useful not because of its smartitude vibes, you know :P. And how would it know if python is installed. |

So I just kept hacking on this until it shrunk to this core that I think is better.
Feel free to try/merge subsets of commits, any prefix should just work. Roughly the last 6 commits [edit: out of the first 21] actively change behavior.
