OutlineViewer has introspection information (publishers/clients/etc) as well as the traditional topics tree view. These should be separated into two windows at the glass library level and re-integrated with docking in the OutlineViewer tool. This would have the additional benefit of reducing the subscription scope for the main topic tree view.
