Fixed teleport 2.0 install

• note that the current 2.x latest ansible is broken and it's not properly detecting the ansible_service_mgr on Ubuntu 14:04 and it falls back to service instead of upstart. This is why the travis build is broken.

It has been already fixed in upstream (ansible:devel) and will be merged to stable soon.

• Updated the default teleport version to v2.3.5.
• Fixes in the documentation
• Support for flags not available in the config
• log to syslog by default
