- use an internal resolver that should work much faster and more reliable in most situations
although it is limited to ipv4 and does not handle priorities and fallbacks.

You can switch back to the old implementation via settings - correct handling of the dim js API
- the internal browser can now handle file downloads and uploads (uploads from Android 5 upwards)
- internal browser does not work when using multiple times
- show version in title
