This keeps support PHP 8.1+, the lowest (security fix) supported version as of today.

This ensures the published
.pharversions use the latest available versions of dependencies available today (and compatible with PHP 8.1+). At the same time, it should remove any dependency blockers users might have when installingslimdumpas a Composer dependency alongside their projects.
