After switchting to phpdoc rendering, the old settings.cfg is not needed anymore.
Updated instructions and figures to reflect the new setup for configuring formality based on supported target languages.
Updated the Editors heading to 'Editors manuel' in the documentation. This change improves clarity and consistency throughout the documentation.
