Codestyle (#3840)

* Linking code style

* remove skip=true flag for checkstyle

* copying checkstyle to VIVO repository

* include checks and suppressions (excluding files)

* Added checkstyle suppressions.

* suppression defined at the level of a Java file

* increasing the max line length to 120

* Adding java and javax packages at the beggining of imports
