Fixed CSS issues

This release includes the following issues resolved:

• Change List of Experiment in to "Experiments" - #324
• Fix bread crumb issue - #323

header_and_footer fixes

The following fixes are included:

• Format the HTML file with correct indentation in all html pages - #316
• Commenting unnecessary code - #316
• Remove target="_blank" in order to open links in the same page for all experiments - #316
• Fix console errors of lab landing pages and all experiments - #317
• “Simulation” is named as “Experiment”, change it to Simulation - #318
• Update the header (logo and the links)with correct links - #319
• Menu order is correct and Highlight the left sidebar links with color code (color: #ff6600 !important;) to indicate selected link
