problemset.tomlを読み込むようにしました。細かい挙動について
ss-managerと実行したときは、ターゲットディレクトリの子孫にある問題がすべてレンダリングされます。ss-manager -pと実行したときは、problemset.tomlが存在するディレクトリの子孫にある問題がすべてレンダリングされます。problemset.tomlが見つからない場合は、-pをつけない場合と同じ挙動になります。
