Change Encoding Detection

The Losungen are encoded in Windows-1252. PHP detects that as ISO-8859-1. So encoding conversion was changed, to detect if it's UTF-8 and if not convert from Windows-1252 too UTF-8.

Bugfix: Download follows redirections

This new Version follows newly set redirection in downloading the Losungen.
