Dynamic Volume Control

This release implements a basic attempt to change the volume dynamically when the volume control is moved quickly during a schedule cycle.

Feature complete firmware state

There is always room for improvement...
This version is feature complete:

• all input functionality is tested and working as expected
• all output functionality is tested and working as expected
• all settings are saved and restored after power loss

Possible future improvements:

• change selection order of input channels
• change behaviour of volume control input to a more "linear" volume setting (same amount of steps for same amount of sensed volume increase/decrease) a.k.a. logarithmic
• utilize the "Error" and "Warning" inputs from the power amplifier
• add functionality for the IR receiver to enable IR remote control
