Summary of Changes:
The 'InferenceServerInfo' component has been added to 'src/app/MlHub/Models'. This component pops up when the 'Inference Server Info' button is clicked, displaying the availability of the inference server. Additionally, the 'ModelDetails' component has been updated to trigger this popup. Furthermore, the 'useInferenceServerDetails' hook in 'tapisui-hooks/src/ml-hub/models/inference' has been modified to update the configuration options for a query observer in 'QueryObserverOptions'.
