Summary of Changes:

• Added Start/Restart/Stop modals at Pod view
• Modals auto fetch PodId for nice customer experience
• Logs and Actions Logs have tabs in Pod view
• Preliminary hint button to describe some windows.
  • Needs to be generalized and made available, but for now I'm content as most is self-explanatory.
• New formatting for Tabs globally to match our style. Changes to copy and hint buttons as well.
• Added width parameter to Log In button so it doesn't overflow to two lines (which looks ugly).

Testing Steps:

1. Run npm run test.
