Barebones vanilla RNN-VAE. Run with `bash ./bin/run.sh`

Note: This is research code and while I remember sanity checking scores roughly against the Bowman paper, it hasn't been looked at for a while nor purposefully cleaned-up. Send questions and comments if you happen to look at it or find it useful. Cheers
