we need to list out all of the capabilities (with / replaced by _) so that Athena knows where to look for logs. I think this is all of the capabilities we currently use, as listed in `@web3-storage/capabilities/src/types.ts#AbilitiesArray`

also add more ops to the receipts table projection enum so that we can query for any capability type in the system as of today.
