Makefile: Remove generated files under ioboard/ #42

The old $(CF) doesn't have generated files under ioboard, or any files in other directories for that matter. CF should be generated from SRCS or OBJS so that we can remove them all. Signed-off-by: Yasushi SHOJI <[email protected]>
