Initial public release

This release contains:

1. a Windows installer for CS CZ Map Installer
2. a Linux 64-bit binary executable for CS CZ Map Installer

Credits

1. The Windows executable was created using py2exe; the
   result was then compiled into an installer using Inno setup.
2. The Linux executable was created using PyInstaller.
