Add pidoveproject/scala-showdown-api reference in PROTOCOL.md, a Scala library wrapping the PS API. This might be useful for people wanting to make projects with Pokemon Showdown without having to reimplement a whole client.
It also has a more up-to-date and rich documentation about the server/client messages.
