Release 2

Made the following changes to the app:

1. Updated UI and server logic.
2. Changed the look of the app with the shinydashboard library. (for the old look please refer to proposal.md).
3. Added an interactive map with plotly library.
4. Added a walkthrough of the app in the Info tab.
5. Updated the data table to be scrollable across the X-axis.
6. Updated the axes of the comparison plot to display real names.
