Deferred rendering support for TU/Metallic, TU/Specular and TU/Legacy shaders

Limitations: Subsurface scattering in deferred will only work for the main sunlight for now, no legacy shader support

TU/Legacy and TU/Specular), subsurf is compatible with deferred but
only done for the main light via emission for now
