Beta Release

• Dialects are extracted out of core
• Documentation is updated
• Go for Beta
• Enable the blog on our website, then write a blog post announcing the beta (@ephys)
  • Ask for feedback (on migration, etc)
  • Post it on social media, JavaScript newsletters
• We'll update nestjs ourselves, as it's the biggest that sequelize users are also using
• Reach out to Open Collective about the update, let them know that if they have question, we're available
  • Rik is in their slack
• Add README in each dialect directory that points to the website (@wikirik)
• Inform packages listed below that they can start updating:

• Blockers: CLI needs to be able to run/rollback migrations & seeders
