This PR is based on the ticket EWC-24 and in this React Scripts are updated introducing Ext-Webpack-Plugin.
To use this CRA, this fork is to be published with npm as per CRA Publish
One issue left is that the ext-webpack-plugin is not working because of htmlWebPack plugin, but once resolved, this fork can directly consume to generate a React application with Ext Web Components.
