This would streamline the submitting process and make it easier for everyone to see, which resolutions where submitted when and by whom.

The minimum goal for next ZaPF is to be able to submit a resolution via a form in the web application, but as a long term goal, resolutions should be stored in a git repository and it should be possible to submit new resolutions and changes to current submissions by pushing to the repository.
