  1. RustSBI 并不是操作系统，是否合适添加到【操作系统支持矩阵】?
  2. 这里仅提交了状态，是否有一些具体的文档（参考仓库其它系统）提供？

经过讨论，计划对固件单独创建一个表格维护
因此该pr请修改后再提交：

  1. 参考操作系统支持矩阵，再另建一个固件支持表格：硬件 × 固件 二维矩阵
  2. 关于每个单元格的支持详情（资料或者能够证明支持的网页、文档等信息）请在文档中提供并将文档链接附到固件支持矩阵中。（参考操作系统支持矩阵组织形式）

@xijing21 您好，我重新修改了表格的格式，现在固件和操作系统在两个不同的表格中。请审核表格的格式是否符合要求，谢谢！关于support-matrix项目，我将稍后补充RustSBI的支持细节。
