Looking for Maintainers to Support First-Time Contributors

This is the draft blog post for announcing our call for maintainers to participate in our coworking sessions in February.

@yabellini here is the post we can discuss on Monday and add the link to the airtable form. From reading the pyOpenSci docs on their Sprints, it occurred to me that we will probably also want to allow contributors to participate before/after the coworking sessions as some things make just take a bit more time. So I've added that in, see what you think. I also think that if you agree with how I've presented the expectations and support maintainers will receive, that we could copy that into the airtable form as a reminder (or something similar).

@maelle we're hoping to have this published in time to include in the Newsletter, if you have time, could you give it a quick review to see if we've missed anything obvious? I've been somewhat coming up with the plan as I wrote and realized that I definitely did not leave enough time for review 😅 .

Thank you! @maelle if you have a chance, could you review the section on "what to expect", does it seem clearer now? I mentioned that they have to apply earlier, but didn't put a link deliberately, because I want them to read the list before getting to the application form link 😁, although perhaps that's too fussy.
