This PR adds a CI step for linting rbx_dom_lua with StyLua and Selene. Right now, Selene is set to just ignore TestEZ spec files because I don't want to deal with finding and correcting a standard library for it.
Long-term, we should also try to get rbx_dom_lua set up with typing but that will take longer and is far outside of scope of this PR.
