Why Piper don't have neural network inference whith NCNN than cuda or rocm ?

Hello ! Piper is very very nice. But i have understand that piper to have to run on all most all device available. So cpu is good yes..but slow for high quality models. So acceleration with cuda or rocm give a very big limit on the device available for acceleration.
So i knew Upscayl that's run on many device (computer) and many mobile device with NCNN https://github.com/Tencent/ncnn/tree/6125c9f47cd14b589de0521350668cf9d3d37e3c high-performance neural network inference framework optimized for the mobile platform (but run on computer too with vulkan or Arm accel). So i think for rhasspy this will be better ? and this will give Piper better acceleration with all device with vulkan ..so this is many many computer...not just Cuda Rocm...and this work for android..and so and so.. Thanks for reply.
