Make an option on a config page somewhere that allows a Living Word admin to choose the taxonomy vocabulary that is regarded as the freetagging vocabulary (usually simply called
tags). This vocabulary will be used on theadd LWCpage (first step of the workflow).This blocks Issue #11.
