Fixed executable versioning

Previously versions were not correctly being added to executables.

New localkube launcher implementation + Kube 1.2

Biggest change is a switch to a new implementation for the localkube launcher. This implementation is stored in the package rsprd.com/localkube/pkg/localkubectl.

The Kubernetes version has been upgraded to 1.2.

Updated localkube setup to show NodePort
