run.py requires a "otp_secret" field beneath the password.

Description
I Added Pyotp to automatically login in when login is required if otp secret is set
Added feature from #50
Type of change
just added a simple check if otp_secret is set at login an if so then the otp code is automaticly used
How Has This Been Tested?
I ran it. It Logged my in without me needing to enter a otp. Dont think much more will change
