Skyway version 2.0 is a standard Python package that provides direct access to cloud resources from HPC login nodes.

Release Notes:

• Support cloud vendors: AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI
• Support on-premises resource management software: Slurm
• Provide command line and graphical user interfaces (Skyway Dashboard)
• Provide Python API to support additional cloud vendors and customize interactions with cloud resources
• Allow per-use budget management from cloud account holders
