The service is being looked for here
keystone is not a valid endpoint with a DNS entry but keystone-api is
e.g. `AttributeError: 'Engine' object has no attribute 'execute'`
Scoped to only changes in the release and/or container file of course.
Using an operator is preferred here.
Refactor verbiage, add architecture diagram, and improve page layout.

This replaces the older OpenStack yoga images with custom built RXT images where by we pull down and use the desired version of Gnocchi and Ceilometer respectively at build time.
Furthermore, this replaces the use of the openstack-helm-infra provided postgres chart with a more modern postgres operator.
Slight changes to the helm chart overrides and documentation are also included.
