add sensorfw to halium image

I'm unsure if just sensorfw on its own is useful. We might need to build qtsensors with the sensorfw as dep included so that it builds it's sensorfw plugin also.

I had the impression that it works the other way around, ie sensorfw includes a plugin for QtSensors. But I'll have a look as well

FWIW qtsensors has a sensorfw plugin, so I would imagine Bhushan is right https://github.com/qt/qtsensors/tree/5.13/src/plugins/sensors/sensorfw
