We need a 0.14.1 release which will include the bugfix #225.

I thought about @nickjj / @greyli 's conversation in #225 on what version to pick, and agree that while a post release is probably technically more correct, it'll be easier on humans and machines if we just go with the full patch version 0.14.1.

Having worked on Dependabot, I've seen a lot of edge case bugs with version handling. In general, tooling can easily handle semver, but occasionally the little pre/post release versions get hiccups. That doesn't mean we never use them but in this case might as well just keep things simple.

Looks good and good point about 3rd party tools maybe choking on post-release segments.

This is live now:

I also yanked the 0.14.0 release from PyPI per @nickjj 's suggestion. Not absolutely critical IMO since a missing package is easy enough to workaround, but it's a good suggesiton as it makes things more obvious to users.
