Support for general pseudocylindrical projections that use a table of values and interpolations to define the distortion at different latitudes. The two well-known instances of this method, Robinson and Natural Earth, are included as constructors for the
TabularProjection
type instead of as their own types.This functionality didn't totally necessitate an upgrade to Go 1.21, but requiring that version made implementation simpler.
