__\*A note about scripts (We love scripts!)__: Remember that if you enter code directly into the console, it will __not__ be saved by R: it runs and disappears (although you can access your last few operations by hitting the 'up' key on your keyboard). Instead, by typing your code into a script file, you are creating a reproducible record of your analysis. Writing your code in a script is similar to writing an essay in Word: it saves your progress and you can always pick up where you left off, or make some changes to it. (Remember to click _Save_ (`Ctrl+S`) often, so that you actually save your script!)
